#tunnelcow - How Twitter can hype anything
The story of how #tunnelcow, a Twitter tag for the news story that a cow fell out of a truck (how??) in or near the Burnley Tunnel on Melbourne's Citylink freeway, went global this afternoon.
It's amazing how a traffic snafu in Melbourne can be in the top 10 Twitter trends for hours.
