Keep Your Cool

Sitting here at home in the middle of the worst heatwave in over 100 years in Victoria, I'm finding some ways to stay cool.

1. Made lots of ice last night because at 39C in the house and 43C outside, the fridge just can't keep up during the day.

2. Froze some wet face washers to use around the neck and to squeeze the icy water on my head and letting it drip down to cool the whole body.

3. Drink plenty of chilled water and some icy cold beers :)

4. Don't move too much.

5. Regret the lack of air conditioning and make sure there's some next summer!!
